The Campground Committee oversees the operation and long-term direction of the campground.
This committee functions in a board of directors–style role, focused on big-picture governance rather than day-to-day issues.
Responsibilities include:
- setting policies and rules for campground use
- overseeing finances, maintenance planning, and capital improvements
- establishing long-term goals and priorities
- making decisions in the overall best interest of the campground and membership
- bringing major recommendations to the Executive Board or membership when required
