Greetings Brothers and Sisters,

Last week the company asked to resume negotiations. The tentative dates that we have so far are all in April.

I've heard rumors that new investors have been in and looking the mine over.

Lisa Wilson is no longer employed at First Nickel as of February 22nd, 2010.

The group Grievance for the Company personal doing our work under the guise of "Care and Maintenance" has been answered and the answer is unsatisfactory so it has been referred to Arbitration today.

On Thursday March 4th, there is a rally as per the attached folder to show support for all the laid off Xstrada workers when all the big shots come to town. If you can make it to show your support Please join in.
