November 2011 I would like to provide an update from the Compensation Health and Welfare office. I am currently dealing with several accommodations. The Company and the Union are at an impasse on a couple issues. One issue has been ongoing since April of this year. This office feels that the work being offered is not suitable and is moving ahead on arguing the valid points. |

To all Fraser Mine Workers - November 22, 2011 The Union had a very vivid discussion with senior management yesterday on this issue and strongly suggested that they pay everyone until they get their plan together. What is the most disturbing is that they are not sure how long that will take – again, leaving our workers in limbo without pay. What they did say is that people will be back to work. |
