Dear Sisters and Brothers:

It sure has been an overwhelming couple of months with all the new residents moving in to our facility from Hillside Park.

It has come to my attention, as well as Linda's, that you are all feeling frustrated and overwhelmed with the increase to our workload. Just to let you know, there is an upcoming Union/Company meeting scheduled for the middle of this month.

So I am asking, on behalf of myself and Linda, that if you have issues that you feel are important, please make a list and either give it to Linda or myself.

I would also like to congratulate Leslie for her efforts in Activities. The feedback from the residents is nothing but positive.

In closing, I would like to remind all members that "STRENGTH IN NUMBERS" really does make a difference.

So, lets all stick together.
