Dear Sisters and Brothers:

Summary on the PEL Programme
Women In Collective Bargaining in Port Elgin

On a person level, I would recommend this to all members.  This is such a great experience.

There were so many tools and information that I have learned and experienced.  To just have had this experience will prepare me for our upcoming renewal of our collective agreement in September 2009.

Anne Marie and the other designated leader, Lynn, who taught this course were just awesome and gave us all great tools and information that we will need for the bargaining of our collective agreement.

I went back to my workplace with five pages of documentation on our experiences.

I would like to sum up Johanne’s and my experiences on the five-day PEL on Women in Bargaining – this educational was most interesting and informative for the both of us.
