The Company and the Union has been meeting daily since Monday. Yesterday the Company presented to the bargaining committee an overview of the challenges ahead and also discussed some of the issues from our counter proposal.

Late last night, we submitted a complete package for settlement that the Union feels will satisfy the need of our members and that of the Company.  We expect to get a response from the Company sometimes today.

Again our goal is to reach a collective agreement before the February 1, 2007 deadline
